This site is owned and operated by DEMETRA S.R.L. (see Section 3 for company details). This privacy policy is made only for this site and not also for third party websites that may be consulted by the user through links.

1. The data acquired, again in compliance with current regulations, will be processed for purposes related and/or instrumental to the provision of access to this site.
2. Data voluntarily provided through the contact form will be processed solely for the purpose of communication with the user who has submitted a request to the Data Controller.

The processing operations connected to the web services referred to in this site are carried out at the offices of DEMETRA S.R.L. and are handled only by technical personnel of DEMETRA S.R.L. in charge of processing. The site hosting service is provided by OVH, which undertakes to ensure compliance with current regulations. The data acquired via web, or in any case deriving from web services, may be communicated to the technological and instrumental partners that the Data Controller uses to provide the services requested by users/visitors. The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the navigation of the websites. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects; however, by its very nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
